SANYO will replace your battery and /or charger free of charge if it proves to be defective within one year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, unreasonable use or product alteration. If the battery and /or charger should prove to be defective, we will repair or replace it (at our option) without charge, provided it is sent postage paid to:
