The warranty on most SANYO Projectors is 3 years. However this does not include dust / dirt or damage.
The original lamps have a 90 day warranty; accessory lamps have a 30 day warranty. This is based from date of purchase and not the number of hours the lamp is used.

Cleaning the filters is required on a regular bases and the frequency needs to be determined on location. All applications, installations and usage vary so look at the filters on a regular bases to determine when they need cleaning. Do not wait until the filters are clogged to clean them. Vacuuming the filters is the most efficient way to clean them and while you're at it vacuum all openings and vents as well.

The blue screen represents "no signal" from the source material. Check the projectors input selection via its menus and check the source material for output to the projector.
This may be an indicator of a bad lamp. How often are the filters cleaned, on a regular bases? Lack of air flow will cause the lamp to die. Please try a new lamp.

These horizontal wavy lines are interference from power, the source material and or wires/cables.
Please separate cables and hook up components one at a time to troubleshoot.
If your projector has digital keystone correction please try this. If all else fails you need to reposition your projector in relation to the screen. Please see your owner’s manual for illustration of correct projector orientation to screen.
Check cable, input in to the projector and projector input settings making sure the correct election has been made.

The lamp could be bad and dying or the altitude / thin air is causing the projector to get overheat and shut off. Please check the filters and replace the lamp as a first step diagnosis.

How often are the filters cleaned? When was the last time the filters were cleaned? What is the current condition of the filters? Dust on the internal optics could be the cause of the spots. Vacuum the filters out and all openings. Does this reduce the image spots or artifact?
Use the projector lens shift function. If this does not work then reposition the projector.
