Chatsworth, CA, March 17, 2009 – SANYO Fisher Company (SANYO), a division of SANYO North America Corporation, announces that Martin Yan, celebrated chef and host of over 2,500 cooking shows worldwide, will hold cooking demonstrations using SANYO’s various countertop kitchen appliances and sign autographs at the International Home and Housewares Show, SANYO Booth #L12127, in Chicago. Chef Yan will appear in the booth on Sunday, March 22 and Monday, March 23 throughout the day.
Martin Yan has been delighting audiences for nearly 30 years with his TV shows, cookbooks, restaurants, and cooking demonstrations. Yan is as well known for his enjoyable style of presentation as for his culinary expertise. “When Chef Yan gives a demonstration, he engages the whole audience and not only entertains, but provides cooking tips and information about food and nutrition,” said Derek Hines, SANYO Consumer Products Group Marketing Manager.
