September 15, 2008 – SANYO Security Systems, a division of SANYO Fisher Company, is demonstrating a powerful new system controller here at ASIS 2008. The new VSP-3000 System Controller provides control of up to 256 cameras from a variety of manufacturers and up to 99 SANYO DVRs. The VSP-3000 simplifies and centralizes operation of medium to large scale video surveillance systems.
With the growing popularity of video surveillance systems based on distributed architecture, there is a growing demand for system controllers designed specifically for DVR driven systems. The VSP-3000 fills the need for comprehensive system control capabilities by offering high levels of functionality for small to medium sized video surveillance systems.
The new VSP-3000 System Controller features a three-axis joystick controller for smooth pan/tilt/zoom operation along with a 29-key keyboard. A mouse can also be used for simplified operations.
