Chatsworth, CA, March 22, 2009 – SANYO Fisher Company (SANYO), a division of SANYO North America Corporation, introduces the ECJ-M100S, an easy-to-use micro-computerized 10-cup (20-cups cooked) rice cooker featuring Multi-Menu Selections for different varieties of rice, quick cooking, soup, steaming and cake baking. The cooker also features a large 2mm thick non-stick inner pot with a round bottom, which provides excellent heat distribution for optimum cooking results. The new rice cooker will be on display at the International Home and Housewares Show Booth #L12127, March 22-24 in Chicago.
“Because of present economic conditions, people are dining at home more often. The rice cooker has a 15-hour preset timer for convenience and a keep-warm function to keep rice warm and delicious after cooking. The new rice cooker has a reheat function, which heats the rice as fresh and hot as when it was initially cooked. The ECJ-M100S has an easy-to-clean removable steam vent, designed to retain the true taste and flavor of rice as natural starches drip back into the rice.
The ECJ-M100S is will be available in Summer 2009 at select retail outlets for under $100. Included are steaming tray, measuring cup, spatula and holder.
