PLV-HD150

This is a specialized SANYO projector with true HD resolution (1920 x 1080) and 24P capability/60P capability.  The PLV-HD150 16:9 LCD projector has 24P capability for film playback as well as 60P capability for computer graphics (through the DVI input).

Utilizing four high-output 300-watt UHP lamps as its light source, the PLV-HD150 delivers an incredible 7000 ANSI lumens of brightness.  This brightness joined by a high contrast ratio of 1000:1 which richly provides the deep color and true darks.  The PLV-HD150 provides superior color purity with SANYO’s 6500°K color temperature optical system.  Superb HDTV image performance is achieved through a newly developed 12-bit Progressive Scan Integrated Circuit.

This system monitors and displays the status of each lamp with cumulated usage hours on screen.  When full brightness is not required, two of the four lamps can be switched off as desired.  Also, if a lamp expires while either four or two lamps are in use, the Fail-Safe Operation feature automatically switches to the matched pair of good lamps.
