1 Connect the Satellite receiver “OUT” terminal to the DVD recorder “IN” terminal using a 75 ohm coaxial cable.
2 Connect the DVD recorder “OUT” terminal to the DTV ANT terminal using a 75 ohm coaxial cable.
Optional AV Connections for better quality recording and playback
3 Connect the Satellite receiver S-Video Out and Audio Out jacks to the DVD recorder S-Video In and Audio In jacks, matching audio connector colors to jack colors.
4 Connect the DVD recorder S-Video Out and Audio Out jacks to the DTV VIDEO2 S-Video and Audio In jacks, matching audio connector colors to jack colors.
5 Use the INPUT key on the DTV’s remote to select Video 2 to watch DVDs. |

NOTES: You cannot watch off-air analog and digital channels. You can record stereo sound.
The DVD recorder must be powered ON to watch Satellite channels.
Set DVD recorder channel to match RF output from Satellite receiver (usually channel 2, 3, or 4). Check with your provider for details.
Set DTV channel to match RF output from DVD recorder (usually channel 3 or 4).
