EXTERNAL VIDEO DEVICE CONNECTED TO THE FRONT AV JACKS (VIDEO1)
 
VCR TO DTV VIDEO2 HOOKUP OPTIONS
Choose the best connection available on your VCR. Refer to the owner’s manual that came with your VCR for available hookup options and operating instructions.
FRONT COMPOSITE AV CONNECTIONS (VIDEO1)
 
BACK COMPOSITE & S-VIDEO AV CONNECTIONS (VIDEO2)

1 Connect an external video device, such as a Game system or Video Camera, to the Front VIDEO1 jacks, as shown here, matching connector colors to jack colors.

2 Use the INPUT key on the DTV’s remote to select Video 1 to view the output from the external device.

1 If you have a Super VHS VCR, connect a 4-pin round S-Video cable from the Super VHS VCR to the S-Video jack on the DTV, instead of the yellow connector.

2 Use the INPUT key on the DTV's remote to select Video 1 for VCR playback.

NOTE: For input connections to the VCR, click on Antenna/VCR, Cable/VCR, Cable Box/VCR, or Satellite/VCR.
