Choose the best connection available on your DVD Player, HD DVD Player, or DVD Recorder.

Refer to the owner’s manual that came with your DVD recorder for available hookup options and operating instructions.

1 Connect an HDMI cable to the device and to one of the DTV’s HDMI INPUT jacks.

2 Press the INPUT key on the remote to select HDMI 1, HDMI 2, or HDMI 3 to match your connection.

NOTES: Use any HDMI jack to connect your HDMI equipped device.

For input connections to a DVD recorder, click on Antenna/DVD Recorder, Analog Cable/DVD Recorder, or Analog Cable Box/DVD Recorder..

1 Connect a DVI-to-HDMI adapter cable (or adapter) to your device and to the DTV HDMI INPUT1.

2 Connect your device’s Audio out to the DTV Video3 Audio In L/R.

3 Use the INPUT key on the DTV’s remote to select HDMI 1.

NOTES: Component Video3 cannot be used to connect any other device with this hookup option.
