GAME SYSTEM TO DTV HOOKUPS | ||

Choose the best connection available on your Game system. Refer to the owner’s
manual that came with your Game system for available hookups.
You must connect the Game system to either Component or HDMI jacks for HD Gaming. |
The Component jacks (VIDEO2 and VIDEO3) have identical functions. Use
either set of jacks when connecting your Game system.

COMPOSITE & S-VIDEO AV CONNECTIONS (VIDEO1)
1 Connect your Game’s S-Video AV cable to the Yellow, White, and Red VIDEO1 AV jacks on the DTV, matching connector colors. 1 If your Game system has an S-Video jack, connect the 4-pin round S-Video connector to the S-Video jack on the DTV, instead of the yellow connector. 2 Use the INPUT key on the DTV’s remote to select Video 1 to match your connection. NOTE: VIDEO1 connections DO NOT support HD gaming. Use Component or HDMI for HD gaming. |
COMPONENT AV CONNECTIONS (VIDEO2 & VIDEO3)
1 Connect your Game’s Component HD AV cable Video connectors to a set of Green, Blue, and Red video jacks on the DTV, matching connector colors. 2 Connect your Game’s Component HD AV cable Audio connectors to the matching White and Red audio jacks on the DTV. 3 Press the INPUT key on the DTV remote to select Video 2 or Video 3 to match your connection. | |
