ANTENNA / VCR / COMPOSITE AV CONNECTIONS (VIDEO1)

1 Connect the Antenna to the “ANT In” terminal on the VCR. 2 Connect the “Out to TV” terminal on the VCR to the ANT terminal on the DTV using a 75 ohm coaxial cable. 3Connect your VCR to the VIDEO1 jacks, as shown here, matching connector colors to jack colors. 4 Press the MENU key and select All Channel Search to program in off-air antenna channels. (Refer to the owner’s manual for specific instructions.) |
5 Use the INPUT key on the DTV’s remote to select Video 1 for VCR playback.
NOTES: This hookup allows the antenna signal to “pass through” to the DTV for You can record an analog channel while watching a digital channel. When the VCR is turned ON, the VCR’s TV/VCR switch must be in the TV position for antenna signals to “pass through” to the DTV tuner. |
