Corporation sells its products directly to OEM businesses, while small and mid-size customers are effectively serviced by SANYO Semiconductor Distribution (U.S.A) Corporation, a joint venture company with Shin-Nichi Electronics, Inc.

Discrete products include bipolar junction chips as well as MOSFET and GaASFET transistors. SANYO's extensive list of ICs include BiCMOS, hybrid, micro-controller, ASIC and logic devices.
