USAGE NOTES AND TIPS: |
||
Above is a block diagram of some common devices and how they can be connected to available inputs on certain Sanyo DTVs. (All possible devices or connection options are not shown in this block diagram.) Video2 jacks on some models may not be arranged as shown in the diagrams. However, the connection methods are the same. Just follow the color coding. Different devices cannot be connected to the same jack(s) at the same time. Click on a Device and Input combination block for a detailed description of the hookup procedure. For example: Click on the VCR block located between the Cable Box block and the DTV for a Cable Box, VCR, and DTV hookup diagram. |
Illustrations of external equipment used in the hookup diagrams are generic in nature and are not intended to represent any specific brand or model. Connection options may or may not be available on your external equipment. Refer to your external equipment’s owner’s manuals and user’s guides, if necessary. Cables, antennas, splitters, and adapters are not supplied. The Component jacks (VIDEO2) share audio connections with the Composite jacks (VIDEO2). Therefore, you cannot connect equipment to the Component and Composite (VIDEO2) jacks at the same time. Some models have separate analog and digital tuners. Notes on the hookup diagrams provide special instructions for those models. |
