EXTERNAL EQUIPMENT / INPUT HOOKUP LINKS

Above is a block diagram of some common devices and how they can be connected to the various inputs on a Sanyo Plasma HD DTV.

Different devices cannot be connected to the same jack(s) at the same time.

All possible devices or connection options are not shown in this block diagram.

Click on a Device and Input combination block for a detailed description of the hookup procedure.

For example: Click on the VCR block located between the Cable Box block and the DTV for the directions to connect a VCR and a Cable Box to the DTV.

Connection options may or may not be available on your external equipment. Refer to your external equipment’s owner’s manuals and User’s Guides for available connection options.

Cables, antennas, splitters, and adapters are not supplied.

The number of jacks may vary or have a sightly different arrangement; however, all models will have at least one set of each type input or output jack.

Some models have separate analog and digital tuners. Notes on the hookup diagrams provide special instructions for those models.
